Can I measure my own property?

At VERS Pro we know that inaccuracy of a home design can have serious knock-on effects further down the line. Because of this, we base all our design work on point cloud scans which are very accurate and only allow very minute tolerances of inaccuracy. If you have a point cloud scan, which has been produced by a laser scanner such as a Matterport, then we will be able to use this to inform our measurements. If you require a 3d laser scan as part of your project then please select that option during your checkout.

I already have architectural drawings, can you amend them?

What is a good time to involve a builder?

It is a good idea to start contacting builders once you have your initial plans, to get a gauge of who you would like to work with, check their credentials and insurances, and have an idea of their lead times for a project of your type. We would always recommend having all the build documents and working drawings in place prior to getting contractor quotes so you can rest assured that the builder knows exactly what he is quoting for, and you have a build estimate to benchmark their costs against.
Our nationwide building partner can take care of your entire build project using the documentation we produce, so please let your design specialist know if you would like to be referred.
